Hard to see any money tonight, given the odds, Europa League wise. I've gone AZ Fiorentina draw Napoli It's a 24/1 treble, with a very good chance. I'll mainly be doing in-play on goals, the games are all quite open, look at Basel at 7/1, that game is as tight as they come.
Nowts standing out so I've spread a little bit of money(four quid) around a bit and save most of my budget for in play. Lyon @ 1/25to Q Valencia @ 4/9to to win Sevilla @ 7/2to Q FC Porto @ 1/2to Q Juventus @ 10/11to win 5 Folds, £1.00 to return £19.36 Lyon @ 1/25to Q Valencia @ 4/9to win Sevilla @ 7/2to Q Fiorentina @ 6/4to Q FC Porto @ 1/2to Q 5 Folds, £1.00 to return £25.35 Lyon @ 1/25 Valencia @ 4/9to to win Sevilla @ 7/2to Q Napoli @ 6/4to Q Juventus @ 1/2to Q 5 Folds, £1.00 to return £25.35 Lyon @ 1/25 to Q Valencia @ 4/9to to win Sevilla @ 7/2to Q Fiorentina @ 6/4to Q Napoli @ 6/4to Q 5 Folds, £1.00 to return £42.25 Sevilla is the biggie for me, I feel they can still turn Betis over despite the first leg.
Aye it's tough to make a double or treble work. I do think picking the winner of Anzhi/AZ is the key, and Anzhi are ****e now. I thnk the ideal scenario is for a big favourite to concede early and back from behind, the odds are lifting. Even with a handicap Benfica aren't worth it, the only really safe looking treble is Benfica, Valencia, Napoli, and the odds are pipe, about 5/1. I agree Sevilla could win, but a) it's a city derby and b) Betis form is so up and down, it's a massive gamble
That's why I've only placed 4 quid across 4 bets, it's going to take a gamble to make anything tonight. Like you said, I'll be venturing into the in-play for some value.
Aye looks the only way. For me, Betis at the bigger price would be the logical bet, but I ain't touching that one till at least 30mins in. I think Napoli are safe, so i'm gonna do a Higuan/Napoli wincast, it's 6/1 which is decent.
Just had a look through the Anzhi squad, and stats. Squad is really average, bottom of the league with one win all season having lost more than half their games, and drawn 9. AZ are sitting mid-table, but in a very good run, 2 defeats in 9, but they were away to Twente & Ajax, I'm going balls deep on Twente, hoping for a quick boost of the pot for the later games, doubling them up with Hobro, runaway leaders in a strong Danish 2nd Division at 7/1 for the double.
Cashed out so a tenner up, tenner up on the Basel game too. I've now got Betis to win on Pens at 21/10
Today I'm going with a 4 team accumulator. Odds of 16.7/1. Everton Brighton Bolton Scunthorpe Over 2.5 goals, pays at odds of 59.5/1 Cardiff v Liverpool Everton v Swansea Charlton v Burnley Wigan v Watford Shrewsbury v Bradford Walsall v Leyton Orient
Newcastle Scunny Fleetwood at 11.50/1 Man U Hull Burnley at 11/1 Wigan Layton Orient Brentford Man C at 10/1 I've also had a daft quid on us to win 1-0 at 9/1 and us to win 2-0 at 18/1
