oh, I give you that the reasons for the attitude are different, but Ravel Morrison should have been spoken about in the same breath as Neymar, and Le Tiss shold've been spoken about in the same breath as Van Basten, but he had a Sunday League rather than Champion's league attitude to football, something fun to do before/after a piss up. No doubt a massively talented player, but what did he win with it?
I bet there were loads of games where his lackadaisical attitude frustrated the **** out of those same people.
He won the rare quality of loyalty which is the rarest quality almost extinct in football. I assume your quite young... if he played now hed be even better ...
Before my time but I suspect people preferred knowing that no matter how **** we were you knew you'd always see a bit of magic.
I cant get my head around a west ham fan criticising good players ... i dont think theyve had one since di canio and he got sent off as many times as he did well
so you're 'living on the legend' so to speak. Frustrating player imo, would've loved him in the England team, but the managerS decided they couldn't trust him and it was understandable as to why.
,??? Yeah shearer sheringham cole fowler and others at the time I wonder how many great managers we had during that time ???? Zero
So Di Canio only had 2 good games out of 190? yeah, w/e. you've already proven you know **** all by calling Noble **** at penalties despite him having one of the best penalty records in Premier history.
He's not in Mark Noble's league when it comes to penalties, not even within 10% of his success rate. Tell me, Matth, if they sold a Ronaldo dildo, would you ride it every day? Or buy 2 and spitroast yourself?
So whove you had since that would keep le tiss out your side? Carroll still gets games in the prem even though hes a paralimpion is my point . Ps i show a rare quality others dont in admitting when i got something wrong
Did I call hit **** and talentless? no, I said he was lazy and lackadaisical, and I'm FAR from the only person who thought that. There's a reason none of the big clubs made much of an attempt to sign him, and it has **** all to do with his love of Southampton, the only offer he got was Tottenham, and he signed the contract, but no fee was agreed. Fergusson didn't even have a sniff for the simple reason he was too lazy for the highest level of football, you can't rely on a player who is only ever 80% fit.
Read somewhere that he'd never missed ... hence my little wind up ... don't think he took anywhere near as many as others named on the thread (it's less than 20) ... but you can't get better than a 100% ... and if you were going to back someone ...
