I haven't voted but I will add a thought. Reams seems sunk in his loathing for CL, to the extent he often seems happy for RD to remain in charge simply to annoy other Charlton fans (it's a bit of a uniting feature on ITTV). When he talks about the team though, he's generally on the ball. Lack of forwards or squad depth were all noted, when other souls on there eere claiming 'we have goals all over the park'. Not an apologist.

 

Raise it to £120 I might make the effort.

“Injuries” will be the excuse of the Apologists when this season folds.

If I'm honest I would say that is generally the most sense that SR has made recently.

Granted the progress reference is not really necessary as I don't know anybody who is claiming Charlton are no better (or even poorer) than last season so far. But in most of the rest of his post I can't find much wrong.
We might disagree about how much stengthening our squad needs, but then Charlton fans will always disagree about that.

I think SR has caught the gist of what needs doing without the cynicism which most of us on this forum feel about whether what needs doing will ever actually be done. And that's where the big difference lies.

Still, I think it's a reasonable bit of posting.
