Will they sell Shankland? They sold another Scottish International U19 last week, I can't see them wanting to sell their top scorer closing in on the title...

If Burnley take up the extra year on Wells contract, that's if he doesn't sign for Bristol, then they keep an unhappy player that is hardly likely to want to do to well. Will he go to city, who knows. How settled is he at QPR and does his family like living in London or the suburbs?
Who knows what is going through his mind - however he has started to find his form with us suggesting he is settled. Hopefully he will see that his future is in West London

Pretty certain they’d just release him if he doesn’t go somewhere in Jan rather than take up the extra year. If they went down they might opt to keep him but sounds like he’s on a good wedge by their standards.

WW that's what I am hoping. Let him go as the song goes but to London and not Bristol.

Has Wells got the option of saying that he wants another year?
If so, it could be a different ball game.

I wondered how long this would take

Burnley are interested in BOS ...could be part of a Nakhi Wells move

Not sure he fits into the EDL march look Dyche likes in his teams.

As good as BOS is, and I think he’ll go on to big things, he’s only just shown himself to be more than a Championship sub.

    I’d rather keep BOS.

Me too! As much as I would like to keep Wells, losing BOS would be a 100 times worse.

It’s pretty certain BOS will get some tidy offers in the summer. Don’t think he’s signed a new contract either so even with the year option I believe we have on him, it’d be wise to cash in.

Christ! Can't think of anywhere worse for him to go than Dyche's anti-football thug fest.

This starts to make the Jack Clarke signing look sensible.
I would rather hope that we would be getting a chunk of cash as well rather than just a straight swap.

Depends on how much. It wouldn't do us a lot of good if the price was Wells + £2 million.

Add a big 0 after the 2 and we'd be getting there. He must be worth more than Eze, and the Club value him at £20 million, if you believe click bate media anyway.

I’d like to think even our board wouldn’t settle for that.

Can’t honestly see us ever signing Wells permanently anyway. Just doesn’t fit the transfer policy we apparently have but then I wouldn’t be surprised if we lobbed that in the bin sooner or later. I’d also guess Wells is on
£15k more than BOS at least.

I keep hearing this kind of thing. BOS is better than Eze and is worth more etc.
    I really don't agree.

BOS is in fantastic form and I love watching him.
However, I'll be amazed if he goes as far in the game as Eze.

both players need to stay and develop. This is the first season BOS has had any real time playing in and around the first team, although we have had him for some time. Keep both...if we can.....

Absolutely. And I think they'd both be sensible to do so.
