    The ruling is being or has been changed in that they can sign player for as many years as they want but can only spread the fee over five years

    Probably find that they will let it go until Chelsea and Man City have completed their deals then make it law to stop anyone else doing it

    Depends what they get? It's all well and good trying to buck the system... unless you're stuck with another Lukaku on an 8 year contract with wages to cough up and if he's ****e, a depreciating value.

    Bayern haven't used him properly, they see him as a DM mainly but he's always played better when he's pushed on. I think it was Leipzig he was at before Bayern and he scored and assisted plenty.
