I’m not 100% convinced myself but he 100% has earnt the chance to try, to be honest I never thought Robertson would get in a liverpool team so that probably means Bowen will finish with the golden boot
I'll be the first to say Andy Robertson ... Short headed by Geo... As Geo said not 100% sure, but I am sure he will have more of an opportunity to show what he's capable of in team that allows him to do that. Not a team with backs to the wall or he'll be showing what he can do back in the Championship..
Easily. He’s an excellent finisher. Added so much to his game in the last few years. See some of the Arsenal youngsters and few others. Like Nelson, Iwobi, Barnes, Gray, James and a few more. He’s ahead of all them.
Newcastle United reach impasse with Hull over fee for Jarrod Bowen https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...ited-reach-impasse-withhull-fee-jarrod-bowen/ " Newcastle United are still hoping to sign Hull City forward Jarrod Bowen but are unimpressed with the Championship club’s valuation of the player which is in excess of £20 million. Hull are willing to sell their star player this month but have been unable to agree a fee with Newcastle who are not going to pay over the odds for the 23-year-old when they know he will only have one year left on his contract in the summer. Bruce is keen on Bowen and the player would like to sign for Newcastle, but negotiations have not progressed since Telegraph Sport revealed the approach last week. Newcastle are willing to pay around £12m up front for Bowen, with performance-related add-ons which could see the fee rise over time. But Hull have not budged, and Newcastle may decide to focus on other targets, with Bruce set to make his first proper signing for the club with the arrival of midfielder Nabil Bentaleb on loan from Schalke."
We shouldn't budge ATM, but if he doesn't sign a contract you have the situation where your asset starts to decrease in value and you risk losing him for nothing. The allams could be willing to do that. But I doubt it
£15m up front with another £5m linked to appearances and at least a 15% sell on clause, plus Andy Carroll. We'd still have a decent strike force and the most pony tails in the Championship.
Mike Ashley: wE wOn'T pAy MoRe ThAn 20 MiLlIoN fOr BoWeN bUt We'Ll PaY 40 mIlLiOn FoR jOeLiNtOn Get ****ed Newcastle.
Andy Carroll isn't a **** Tom Eaves though is he ? Over 270 league appearances, mostly in the PL. When he dropped down to Championship level he scored 17 goals in 39 appearances for Newcastle. over 23 appearance for England at various levels and eight goals. 6' 4'' and 31. A better bet then Peter Fletcher was when he was the make shift weight when we sold Stuart Pearson who in my opinion is the best forward we have ever sold and one who progressed the most after he left us. I'd take £15m up front, £5m to come a 15% sell on clause and Carroll because we will struggle to top that in the summer.
Sunderland have announced the loan signing of Bailey Wright, from Bristol City, until the end of the 2019-20 season. Nottingham Forest have announced the signing of Adama Diakhaby, from Huddersfield Town, on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Sixteen, actually Not my fault people get wooshed, to quote Radiohead "You do it to yourself, you do, and that's what really hurts".
He's everything that you'd expect when you pay £20+m for a young English, proven goalscorer. The market is crazy, why do you think Hull City should be any different to any other championship club when demanding a fee?
