I'd take a chance on him, I'd suggest he and his family will make the decision if he want's to play or not and he'd be checked, re-checked and checked again on a weekly basis by a medical team wherever he goes and the first sign of trouble he'd be pulled out. Be a tough one but he'd certainly improve us, only problem I'd foresee is he hasn't played since the terrible incident so he'd need a few months to get to match fitness and then you don't know what the phycological side of it would throw up. Personally if it was me I'd have retired and gone into punditry or something but if he is prepared to play it's his choice and again would need a radical medical assessment before signing.
Aye got no bother with it personally. I believe we should be free to do as we please provided we don't harm others. So if he wants to take the risk and play, having been furnished with all the facts, then I don't think its for his fellow man to tell him what he can and can't do. You will get misguided twonks saying "you have to protect him from himself" etc. I put this in the same basket as those becoming offended on behalf of others...get ****ed. On a wider note I think all countries and leagues should be aspiring to Italy's level of medical care. They are clearly far more thorough in their medicals etc. They pick up loads others don't.
I want to enter. I won't be posting a list though. You can use my Standing Order from 3 years ago. I will probably then post my list on 21st December and then expect you to use that. Also how many bonus cards do we get?
Ooh....the truth hurts, however the new manager will hopefully get something out of them that Bruce couldn't.
