Fair enough, don't think he would be Prem quality... Then again I haven't heard or seen much of him...
Luke Shaw >>> Arsenal. James Ward-Prowse >>> Arsenal. Anybody else in the Saints Youth Team who impressed last week or in the Youth Cup game Monday night >>>> Arsenal.

I know he won't play again for us but i really feel he still has unfinished business with us and with the right attitude i for one would be pleased to see him playing at st marys.
JWP has a professional contract, so they'd need to pay a stuffing fortune. Shaw and Sinclair have pre-contracts, which shows their intention to sign professionally when they turn 17. Bale, Walcott and Chamberlain left because they thought they could play at a higher level - thiis lot aren't even first teamers yet. They're unlikely to leave until either we can get a whole heap of cash or they don't make it with us.
It'll be a different matter all together when we're in the prem. We'll have the money to keep them (salary) and won't need the cash. Importantly, they won't want to leave.
Indeed. You don't see key players wanting to leave clubs like Chelsea, and they have only stopped being an occasional silverware winning team in the last decade. Get Saints properly established in the Premier League, and challenging for the Top 6, and better players will want to stay. While writing the above, I knew Nicholas Anelka had signed for a Chinese club, as a last pay-day. I looked him up in Wikipedia. His current club [look in his profile], Chelsea, is said to be Adolf Hitler. Well, I found it amusing.
anyone fancy taking OXO on loan? think he would add a good dimension to the team - as De ridder seems only to make an impact as a sub, and holmes just doesnt seem to cut it?
Total non starter with the African cup and their injuries I think you'll see him playing regularly from now on.
People were posting a link to a paper saying it to(before the blackpool game). I hope it stays a rumour tbh.
