The WHU supporters have been effusive in their comments about the performance of Jared Bowen in recents matches. This as an example: Ironing Board wrote: ↑ Tue Dec 28, 2021 5:01 pm Can Liverpool afford Bowen? 60 million at least! Maybe 80. Ehab must be licking his lips at 80 million. Anyone know what the sell on percentage would be?
We ‘sold’ him for so little he might as well have been an Instagram giveaway. Rather than licking his lips he’s probably got his head under the pillow wondering why he’s not the one making 60-80m Takeover will be off now.
Don't see how Bowen gets into a Southgate England squad given that; He ain't an established international. He don't play for a foreign club. He ain't a substitute for a so called top four club. Hereford? Hull? Hammers? It ain't happening.
Got to be the toughest position to get into in the England team at the minute. I think he’s the type of player Southgate would appreciate as he’s a lot more than just tricks.
You know, absolutelyfuckingknow, the Allams are trying to figure a way of monetising his possible transfer to Liverpool. ****s.
on the one hand you have Sterling, ****, Sancho, ****, Grealish, muppet and on the other you have Bowen - absolutely no contest - England cap 2022
Batter defences maybe....Thing is Southgate's got a semi for Conor Gallagher, plus there are others in the role. Bowen might turn out to be a Brian Marwood and join the one cap club.
From what I’ve heard, they’re skint & enquired to get him for less than what we sold him for as he’s a Liverpool fan & they thought he’d try & force a move if he knew they were interested.
Gallagher and Bowen play entirely different roles so wouldn't have thought that's his barrier into the team. Moreso Saka and Sancho.
