We didn't win the league last season because Joe got injured. We just didn't whinge about it as much as City do about Laporte.

Joe has to play alongside Trent. For all Trent's brilliance, he is weak to that ball over his shoulder down the chanel. Joe's effortless pace nullifies everyone, from Vardy to Traore to Trashford, on that score. And he held his own when targeted by Deeney, and wouldn't be bullied. I like Deeney, for what he is, and he reduced Skrtyl, and even Lovren, to a jellyfish in some games. Well obviously not VVD, the Iron Giant, but Joe shows he's no pussy as well. Just give this kid till the rest of season, and he'll start showing how he reads the game too.
