You've spent half a billion and the last 3 managers haven't come remotely close to challenging for anything. The demise has already happened. You've all become Arsenal fans #fourthplacetrophy
And you took 25 years of spending and never won the premiership even once And spent the same amount as United in the last 5 years without the title with KKK the fool and Brenda the BS and now all your hopes and pathetic prayers are with kloppyflop. That is why you are rightly called the retarded scousers..
Brendan challenged for the PL. Van Gaal just got dumped out of a competition by a lower league team. Again. Van Gaal is worse than Rodgers, and we sacked Rodgers
We sacked Rodgers for not challenging for trophies. Van Gaal has spent more, challenged less, and played worse football than Moyes. But that's acceptable to you in these days of #decline
You don't have to worry about United as an RS. He'll be gone if he doesn't win anything in the next 18 months. Your squad is a joke. You are barely in the top half after spending 300m. United got into top 4 and the CL while the RS moved downhill. I can't see what is there for the RS to gloat about. #allprayingforKloppyflop
Exactly If he doesn't win anything you'll still let him see out his contract. Very generous of you to sacrifice your club to service Van Gaal and Rooney's pension funds.
As good as letting Brenda squander your hundred of millions on useless wasters like Firmino , benteke , not to mention lovren, Lallana, markovic, balotelli and then sacking him mid season for Kloppyflop who is more turd than the messiah you are all kneeling in front of. True RS . Keep digging
Not as bad as giving him a new four year contract for not winning anything. That must've been a hell of a dossier Brenton presented to wangle that deal. Or is that the Liverpool way now - rewarding mediocrity with a £7 million payoff?
So for coming 2nd Rodgers got far less than Man Utd spunked on Falcao for doing nothing. Or in other terms he got about the same as Rooney's wages per goal for the last year. A Rooney goal, A Falcao loan, or a PL challenge. You decide.
Mmmm...coming second. So not winning in other words? The fact you have to try and drag Falcao and Rooney into the comparison just shows that you know you have no argument. Or are you going to claim Rodgers would still have been sacked if Liverpool had been where we are now? After all, you've just said that two points of the top constitutes challenging for the title.
you're comparing Van Gaal being just below West Ham after 10 games with being 2 points off the title at the end of the season #competing
Rodgers would still be the second coming if he was where we are right now or where we finished last season.
TBF nobody has a god given right to win anything. These things take time and fans need to show patience. I wouldn't mind 18 months of good football and the club heading in the right direction. I doubt LVG will deliver everything, but I believe he'll leave the club better than he found it. I doubt we'll be complaining and making excuses about the next manager having to buy players bcos those that are there there aren't good enough - much like most Livpl fans are doing now that Rodgers has left. Which is quite ironic considering Klopp told your fans "I ask that you believe in this team and believe that together we can achieve great things. We don’t have to sprinkle magical dust on them [and say] ‘and now you can play football. We don’t have to sprinkle magical dust on them [and say] ‘and now you can play football. We have some very good players." It seems the liverpool fans don't have the same faith. At least United fans don't have to worry about that.
This I think he's been set some objectives and IMO he's is focussing on those. Ive like many here come to the conclusion that LVG does not do flair and does not do risky attacking football. Top 4 and good showing in the CL are the short term priorities and if he achieves these during his stay, I'll say thank you for your work Louis and have a great retirement after a good career. Kloppyflop after a win against an abysmal Chav team is already dealing with claims that the RS could be challenging for the title. Talk about delusion
Klopp's a good signing for Liverpool but the snag is I don't think he'll be there very long. I think he'll leave of his own accord.
