.......and a load of patience!!!! Do you?

He's the best you could have possibly hoped for but I reckon he needs the rest of this plus two more seasons to get you lot anywhere near challenging for top four. Unless he's a bleeding magician!.

Us, City, Chelsea and Arsenal are going nowhere, plus there's still some other decent sides to contend with. I genuinely believe that Liverpool are now fifth place at best, City have permanently replaced them in that top four.

Klopp will indeed need 2 or even 3 seasons to get things running how he wants it, and if GIVEN TIME he could be a massive success at Pool BUT we all know the guy won't get the time he needs so this discussion is irrelevant.

3 seasons to turn them around into title contenders seems a long shot tbh. That's his contract and seems short bcos either

    A) He's not committed to the club for whatever reason.

    B) Liverpool FSG dont have too much faith in him and dont fancy a huge payout if they get rid.

He's a decent manager and the best Liverpool could hope for. Problem is, you could have Beethoven as your pianist, but if he has this ....

to play with, he won't be winning any awards.

Mind you the graphs will always be entertaining. I call them the boom bust graphs of merseyside <whistle>

Ifhe can sort ourmidfield out we will instantly look better I reackon, def wont be as nervous, We have no ball winners in mid though, BR ddnt believe in a dm so we never signed one! Lucas is the closest and hes not ideal by any stretch

    Time, goingto take time <ok>

Yeah the 3 year contract does seem short for such a young manager, it's almost as if Liverpool is just a stop gap for bigger things. I know he was after the Bayern job if Pep left, so maybe he's waiting for that

    This thread is funny.

So basically all you've managed to come up with is "his contract is short for a young manager"

Keep going....It's only been a couple of hours...I'm sure you'll come up with something much better...

This is so predictable. Every time the RS buy a player for x millions or employ a new high profile manager, United fans are supposed to be envious <laugh>

This kind of elevating anyone recruited and putting incredible pressure to deliver is why they will remain mid table mediocrity <ok>

Patience is certainly needed, we cannot expect miracles overnight but I don't think the fans are calling for this we just want a manager who goes out to attack the opposition. Results will be erratic but games should be exciting again and that's a start.

Bayern bound kloppy would only sign a 3 year contract for this reason: easier to escape at the right moment <ok> <laugh>
