    Ahhhh, Cabaye.

One of my favourite memories of supporting Newcastle was standing outside a Pub in Lisbon in a square jam packed full of The Toon Army with my youngest (one of my daughters) leading the singing to the Cabaye song. There was masses of singing during the day but we’d just seemed to hit a 5 minute lull. Think when she started the majority of fans stood amazed at how loud and passionate she was before then joining in.

Still brings a tear to my glass eye.

He was an excellent player but not quite top, top level. We were fortunate to have him but sadly he did spit his dummy out and spoilt his legacy here.

He was a **** towards the end. Like Collocini if I recall correctly with his San Lorenzo antics. Don't miss either of them
