    29 yr old strength and conditioning coach, arrived from southend.

    claim to fame is keeping lee barnard fit...mmmm

    welcome and hope he does well. very important and often understated function of any club is to keep the players fit. seemed we had missed a trick on this in the last few seasons.

    hopefully back to the days of jimmy hendry and his magick sponge

    I thought Parky brought in Holohan for this? I had no concerns with our fitness last season, but the mentality wasn't right... We need a motivational coach if they exist?

    We used to have that Nick Davies until he went Birmingham, he was a good coach by all accounts

    Apparently so, preferred it when it was Ipswich... we got some great players in those years!
    Holland, Bent, Hreidarsson... sure there were a couple of others as well.

    I had a theory that Richard Murray was an Ipswich fan, and intended to turn Charlton into Ipswich via signing all of their first team...

    My theory was supported by the fact that he unloaded loads of our past it players to Norwich - Graham Stuart, JJ, Mathias Svensson...

    Sounds like there's definite basis for that conspiracy!! What's the explanation for the new owners taking Bournemouth's best players and replacing them with Francis?
