    Coming up to Half time and we have 1-1 so far with the best 2 players on ghe pitch Amri Miller and Sean McGurk, but these are 2 of the 3 only 23s playing tonight along with Nohan Kenneh who is skippering the other shining light is young Archie Gray who has gone close a couple of times

    Unfortunately Leicester got an unexpected win against Brighton, and Blackburn get a point against Spurs. Much needed win puts us 3 pts above Derby and 4 above Blackburn

    Great stuff from our young lads tonight with a well deserved 2-0 victory.

    They're learning on the job in terms of playing against bigger, stronger opponents and sometimes they fall short but it will definitely stand them in good stead for the future.

    Blackburn bottom of the league and we are 3-0 down and its not even half time yet. add no shots on target hmmm. seems like the u23's are trying to compete with the 1st team on getting goals. Had them in a bet tonight too.

    Final score 4-0 to the team at the bottom Blackburn. A stronger than usual U23 team but very low match ratings from Leeds Live for Hjelde, Bate and McKinstry our reserve keeper should have also saved a couple of the goals. New guy Joseph got 10 minutes at the end

    I guess Bielsa does know best when we’ve been asking for Hjelde and Bate to be starting yet they’re getting smashed against Blackburn U23s. Begs the question of how good our 23s our when Blackburn can field a stronger U23s than us when they’re in the championship playing mid week games.
