    Not wanting to set off groundhog day yet again ... but ... posts like this totally miss the point and are unhelpful.
    Yes, having an owner 'spunk' tens of millions on us would be nice, but that has nothing whatsover to do with why I (and I would guess most City fans) want the Allams to **** off asap.

    Cardiff City's Mick McCarthy makes Gavin Whyte transfer admission as Hull City achieve promotion to Championship


    Cardiff City boss Mick McCarthy admits the future of Gavin Whyte is still up in the air but has not ruled out the possibility of him joining Hull City after they achieved promotion to the Championship this weekend.
    Whyte's time at Cardiff City started brightly under Neil Warnock, however his lack of attacking output saw him consigned to the substitutes bench during Neil Harris' reign.
    We've had feedback and reports. We've had people watching Gavin Whyte and he seems to be coming on as a sub just recently," the manager said of Whyte ahead of this weekend.
    "We've got people monitoring it. We'll see what happens with them.
    "Gavin, I've not seen much of him so we'll have to see what they want to do in terms of their recruitment. He's been there all year and it looks like they'll get promoted, whether they want to keep him, I don't know.
    "But whatever happens, whoever's at the club will be back for pre-season and we'll deal with it then."
