personally think her secret meetings with Israeli officials should have been more than enough to deselect her but clearly the constituency party are happy to have someone who is a proven liar , who has made clear and vital breaches of the ministerial code and of whom it should be considered seriously if she should be treated as a possible foreign agent
There's something painfully ironic about first or second generation immigrants trying to pull up the drawbridge behind them. Apparently Priti Patel was inspired to go into politics by Maggie - this tells you all you need to know really.
Sounds like that should be the theme for Norwich Football club's relationship with the premier League.
Sadly its not all that unusual. My mother was a refugee once and an immigrant three times, yet in the early days of Trump running for president the first time she was backing him for his immigration stance. (She eventually saw what an unstable nutter he was and hates him now) I've seen it with other immigrants too. Immigrants tend to be one side of the fence or the other. They're either actively pro immigration and helping the plight of other immigrants... Or they want to burn the ships coming behind them. They're rarely neutral or balanced on the issue.
