    The one thing in our favour (and this is massive clutching at straws) is that Liverpool often declare after an hour, when they're coming off the back of a European midweek. To inflict a 9-0 type result, you need to keep going for the full 90. I wouldn't be shocked if Liverpool decide that they only need the five.

    Yeah they even held back at their biggest rivals. They do tend to see out second halfs without scoring much when building a big first half lead.

    Fair play for having a go even if it looks ill advised now.

    Clearly has failed, draw a line and cut the losses

    Get Broja and Lyanco off and get S Armstrong and Redmond on.

    3 at the back has never really worked for us, usually get smacked down the wings (although I haven’t been watching this game).
