Game has shown that a quality keeper turns draws in to wins.

There is a clear lack of confidence in Saints. The lack of movement that Ings gives us up front is clearly missing. Adams, Walcott and Redmond need to do this. At times it was just ball watching. Obafemi actually gave us that movement when he came on so we looked better.

 

Hopefully not so I can win my bet with @Libby

 

I’m not worried about us next year.

that’s one way of looking at it. He did really well but Failing to score from three one on ones with the keeper is more a reflection of our poor finishing I’m afraid. Our overall play was pretty good tonight. Matched Liverpool in every department bar the clinical finishing.

 

Negative energy just zaps everyone. I have never put anyone on ignore yet, but pretty close.

I guess it’s nice that we played well. But maybe given our form it’s worse that we played well but still lost 2-0?

If we were on a reasonable run of form and we played well and lost it would be easier to beat.

And let's face it Man City lost at home by one goal less than we did, so move on, let's just get the season over with asap, get a decent summer break and begin again next season. Despite all the increased depression about our form since January, I don't think we're as far off as our results indicate and with some shrewd signings, recovery of confidence in most of the squad, off loading those no longer interested in staying, we'll be better campaigners next time round.

 

Where is Lincoln now anyway? We lost…surely he should be here saying how Ralph needs to go and we are doomed?
