    when's the Ryder cup? it literally the only golf I watch and Its one of my favourite events right up there with world cups etc .. not sure it would be the same without a crowd though

    Did 10k on the treadmill last night in 55 mins. Not bad for an old fella. Did 5km in 25 mins the other day. World record for 10k is half my time <laugh>

    Funny you should say this as a women who walks around our estate was carrying a stick which was around 2 metres long. She must have been using it for the distance thing.

    It's a Roger Black model, I've had it a couple of years. I think I paid about £450 for it. I did have a Rhebok model but that broke after I did a 10km run. The treadmill is in my man cave along with a rowing machine, weights, abs trainer and exercise bike. I prefer the treadmill though, as you will know running is so addictive.
