Hmmm I dunno like left back right back is weak. The second option is absolutely shocking in all areas bar cb and striker positions, but I agree 2 good cms is a must

 

He isn't that type of player, he's managed to fool people into thinking he is but he really isn't, when it comes to reading the game he's 1 of the worst I've ever seen, he's always miles behind

 

My thoughts is we have a player with great potential in Fraser we can't play him with that system. That's why Almiron and Hendrick in the middle, with either Sean or Hayden is my preference. We can then have a dedicated winger on the right doing a job he knows best, ie Fraser.

Max with the runs, supported by Lewis, Fraser with runs and crosses, Almiron and Hendrick capable of through balls.

It's all a better system than what we currently have.

 

He's pretty ****, but until we get better he is going to start simple... Bruce clearly has no idea that his cms are all way below the required standard

 

Worryingly everyone's been going on about almiron not playing well spurs..

Well **** me I spent all last season banging on about his struggles are down to the fact he can't play right wing.... Eventually the loved him left and he started scoring and getting assists.

Now were back to plating him rw... I cannot ****ing believe it tbh.

I said this the other day too, how the **** can we play players in the completely wrong places, we have how many professional coaches? This **** is rife right across the league system, not just here, how the **** are managers so bad?

Almiron is good at tracking back, he should be considered right wing cover at BEST. We have an actual right winger now who is talented and young, on good wages... if we see Almiron or Hendrick in that position against Burnley I'll lose my ****ing ****.

Don’t get me wrong I think he’s bang average and over rated. But given we need a cm who can actually play I would be happy having him next to a good cm and also longstaff. Or even try longstaff instead of Hayden and play Hendrick and an other.

 

I forgot about Fraser. Ok put him in on the right. So max longstaff RLC *** Fraser. With miggy just in front and Wilson in front of him.

I think football has a job for the boys mentality... There's been a shift towards proper coaches, but there's still a vast majority that just get jobs because of who they're and who likes them.

RLC hasn't become as good as I thought he would a couple of years back but he's still young and he'd almost certainly be better than what we have. I really don't see why we wouldn't go for a decent loan or two. We need bodies and if we can get anyone who improves our first team in any way then it's a must, I'd say RLC would be an upgrade. Not much lost if he isn't.
