I'd love it Dave Jones, Roy Keane, Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher rocked up each wearing one of these on Monday night football just to take the piss...
Of all the embarrassing things from the Mags, there's surely nothing sadder than the Emperor of the Newcastle board. A Mod so hopeless he spends his life trying to keep the board going despite destroying it himself. So pathetic that he banned me, from his board, just in case I said anything to make his little mates cry. This, despite me not using bad language, attacking anyone or going off topic ... ... just an admittance, from an ex-Sunderland supporter that he didn't have the wit or intellect to mount any kind of defence.
That Sam lad could be asking the players if they fancy turning up for training tbh. Doesn't look like many do at the moment.
Carra isn't convinced either... https://www.skysports.com/football/...er-mike-ashley-ownership-says-jamie-carragher
I don't quite understand this tbh. Carragher is siding with the Mags, agreeing with them and having a pop at Ashley ... ... yet some of them are upset with his comments. They should be praising him for 'breaking ranks' and being blunt.
Gary Neville hit the nail on the head last weekend. He said he hates going to Newcastle for the games as they’re awful to watch. He also said that they have been for years! Not Bruce be put before him (Rafa). Said the football they play now is the same as they did under Benitez!! but you say that to a Newcastle fan, it’s like you killed their puppy!
Heard a skunk earlier on radio 5 and he was fuming Bruce should walk away due to the quality of football on offer... Savage asked him if he would leave his job if he was poor and under performing, he couldn't understand the implications and said he would have been sacked. Savage tried to help him out by advising its up to Ashley how he runs the club but the skunk was clueless. Great entertainment.
Great news, Benitez would return to Newcastle after takeover He won't come back under Ashley. He would come back under the Saudis. Ashley is taking legal action to pursue the takeover. So the Mags have no option but to jump into bed with Ashley. It's so funny you really couldn't make it up Rafael Benitez will not be Celtic or Newcastle's new manager - Guillem Balague - https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/55786656
He's talking himself out of a job and into another pay off. He knows how to do this as well as anyone, no wonder he's loaded. Bobby Robson once said that the way to earn really good money as a manager was not be successful at a club. Rather, it was to get a name for a bit of competence somewhere down the line, keep getting jobs, keep getting sacked and keep picking up the pay offs and new deals. Bruce is not the only one - and they could end up with another travelling failure like Mark Hughes- but Robson could have been describing him when offered those sentiments.
David O'Leary or Alan Curbishley could be in the frame. And obviously big Sol Campbell will chuck his hat in the ring.
