Who have city got at the blood cup?

    Ederson (bench warmer rin final?l
    Walker (bound to be injured)
    Cancelo (portugal will flog him)
    Stones (bound to be overplayed)
    Dias (Portugal will flog him)
    Ake (wont play for Netherlandsmuch??)
    Laporte (Spain, will he play?)
    Rodri (as above)
    Foden (splinters off bench)
    Phillips (bound to be knackered)
Kdb (always run into ground by belgium)
Grealish (sent on to flop about )
Gundogan (will be key for Germany?)
    Alvarez (called up so distracted)

Really by thr time this game rolls about a lot of these guys will go from last 8 maybe to city training and some will continue on.

City.might be struggling for a team for this game

Unlike us cos we are ****.

    Kellehr not going
    Gomez not going
    Ramsay not going
    Robertson not going
    Tsimikas not going
    Matip not going
    Phillips ahem
    Thaigo not going
    Elliott not going
    Milner not going
    Slah not going
    Diaz not going
    Firmino not going

We have basically an entrie first 11 to play this game.

Only fly in the ointment is France calling up konate which is the pits.

Henderson amd trent likely to play 20mins total in tournament and return after qf loss to France

    Vvd to be watched

Really I more demand than expect a lot fitter looking 11 after this world cup with a proper camp being put on with that kind of squad availability.

Buy a couple midfielder who can actually tackle and run and we are away.

Early eliminations could change a lot of that, especially as they can't all make the latter stages

Portugal need to win their group for easy route to qf. Uruguay and South Korea stand in their way

Spain have Germany in their group so one is going out early. If spain win group then it's Croatia in last 16 (maybe) and widely expected Brazil qf. If they don't then is Belgium maybe in last 16 and on to Portugal in qf

Basically a good proportion of their lot will be back after last 16 imo but certainly after qf.

Remember there's 3rd place play off so we'd want to be backing a spain, Portugal, England semi final line up to really fuvk them up.

We sadly can't think kdb will do much with Belgium. They have no record really in finals, their group is easier but need yo beat Croatia but then it's sapin or Germany last 16, Portugal qf and france/England sf.

To keep their players out in the raging heat as long as humanly possible would be good but a few cloggings would be ideal

I'm still annoyed so many England players got injured to force trent to go and seeing konate go is really bloody annoying.

Nunez has South Korea and Portugal to get by and that's really the one we need to hop comes home eatly

    Never.

But we will have our full training camp in dubai with all our players rested for 2 weeks now or whatever then trained hard and hopefully drilled to an inch of her life.

wouldn't be surprised if they were given / insisted on a weeks holiday as it was curtailed in the summer and presumably is again next summer .

    Oh yeah 100%

Everyone gone for world cup is ****ed.

I'm sure our lads will get a 2 week holiday now and we will have a 2 or 3 week mid-season preseason camp in December. We are in dubai so anyone out of world cup early can join.

I think we have no intent to give anyone a free holiday unless they get to final. We will treat it like acon (which obviously destroyed salah and mane last year)

I think personally the sides without many going (us) and the **** teams.like Newcastle will benefit as they only have 1 game a week with no Europe.

City could blow up here so anyone saying arsenal can't win this needs to think on.

Thank goodness it's against a big team or we'd be guaranteed to lose.

    Big game coming up.

    Alisson
    Trent matip vvd robbo
    Henderson Fabinho thiago
    Salah firmino nunez

No forward reserves, no midfield reversed bar the usual, konate likely not ready after world Cup.

We need another royal to die to push the game back a few weeks so we can call on Bellingham and Fernandez to help us out.
