We live in a world where everyone thinks they do more than others... the truth is everyone has to run the treadmill until they die.

    Some people steal livings...

Her majesties leader of the opposition for example. He appears to do very little.

Don’t understand the big hype about Shaun. Decent prospect yes, in a few years time. If we can get £40m for him and get Bowen and Moreles, I’d be happy with that.

if you sell the Longstaffs, with your injuries will be in lets say a spot of bother ! the legendary Andy carroll needs to keep fit now ow. You could have Will Grigg for 50p if i was manager you think Joelinton is bad !.

Ive heard fans saying sell them and buy this forienger and that and tbh i cannot believe how crap that is.

Local lads id rather have 11 local lads even if it meant league one football.

I like Sean but think his injury last season has set his development back significantly. His strength when he first started was that he just did the simple things s quickly and well. Now he seems to dwell on the ball and make some poor decisions. Hopefully that will improve as he plays more.

Matty to be honest looks extremely naive but I guess that is to be expected. He does seem to have the knack of being in the right place at the right time which is a good trait to have.

They both need to be playing regularly so Man Utd would be a backward move for both. They would be behind all their current midfield - even ****ing Fredd.

Agree, but at Man Utd they'll have actual coaches, actual tactics etc too learn from

Miguel Almiron: Man Utd in surprise talks with Newcastle over midfielder

    By Simon Stone

    BBC Sport

1 hour ago From the section Football

    Miguel Almiron

Sean Longstaff has been linked with a move to Manchester United since last Summer

Today in a shock move, Manchester United and Newcastle have held face-to-face talks over the transfer of not Longstaff, but of £60m-rated Miguel Almiron.

Midfielder Almiron , 23, has hit a rich vein of form recently and his value has rocketed.

The Paraquay international is said to be keen on the move but there has been no agreement between the clubs over a fee.

United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his assistant, Mike Phelan, have both watched Almiron recently. When asked for comment, Solskjaer said, "with fair weather and blue skies, this signing will happen sooner rather than later. We were looking at Longstaff, but it was Almiron who caught our eye"

Newcastle manager Steve Bruce was unavailable for comment.
