Another great second half. Greenwood should absolutely be starting every game. I really hope that we don’t do anything stupid in the summer that would limit his playing time.
No, perhaps not. Dodgy keeper though, can see it a mile off. We either need to get De Gea's head sorted or replace both of them. Henderson not gonna be good enough though.
Ironic that Nev is slagging off the proposed European Super League when it is Sky and their TV money that is the prime motivation behind the new league.
When even Keane the miserable says that United seem to be able to score the required goals then something must be right. Greenwood is getting back to form but I agree about the keeper. Strangely hesitant and unsure today.
I'm not sure this is 100% true tbf. Do Sky and TV money literally want to see a 15 team closed shop playing each other on some mad loop with nothing of substance to show for it? Doubt it. By the way everyone; another tick in the box why the Glazers should be eliminated from the face of the planet. By the most painful means necessary, **** them.
Get Shaw and other players ostracised and humiliated and create internal strife. What’s not to like ?
I read somewhere that since leaving the Chavs Jose has been paid £20m in actual wages and received £44m in pay-offs when he's been sacked. Not bad reward for being crap. Next up must be the Portuguese national side, I can't see another club side going anywhere near him.
Ok then, try this one. It is ironic that the Premier league are bleating about the very thing they did to English football in 1992.
Again, they didn't really though. There is relegation and promotion to and from the premier league, it's never been a closed shop. Plus, the money is distributed almost equally between the clubs. Add to that, the money that filters down and the parachute payments for relegated clubs and the premier league doesn't seem all that bad. No doubt money is at its core, but it's not on the same planet as this proposed abomination.
This super league nonsense would have been more palatable if it had no guaranteed places and there was the possibility of relegation.
