Stop victim blaming. Just because she had sex with other people that same night doesn’t mean she can’t be raped.

 

The whole thing sounds like a complete **** show already. How can jury’s get it right when they have to unpick stuff like this. No idea if she was raped, could well of been, not a good idea to stay around and have sex with 2 others afterwards. Think I’ve read it right it’s confusing.

 

How man rape victims text a friend afterwards to excitedly tell them about having sex with someone else on the same day as the traumatising experienc?

No, I was the one querying someone else’s speculation of how rape victims act. Apparent? Are you saying it isn’t definite?

The trial is public so it's there to be deliberated over if someone wants to do that... By definition the trial is happening to determine whether or not what she claimed happened, actually happened. This evidence casts an element of doubt on her testimony. As for no real facts being available, they'll likely come out over the course of the trial.

I can't see how CityZen's comment outright dismisses anything. It's an important question to establish whether or not she was raped, or not.

 

But you can speculate she was telling the truth?
