    I tried 24 times with the email queue thing absolutely useless
    I rang the ticket office and was connected within 2mins
    best to ring when they are open though or you will get an automated answer <whistle>

    ticket ballot update
    Following confirmation that Newcastle will host Sheffield United at SJP on Wednesday 19th May @ 6pm, details of ticket arrangements for season ticket holders were announced by NUFC:online here

    Up to 10,000 home fans can attend (including corporates). Plans to include away fans were scrapped.

    NUFC have released additional info here including specific guidance about mask wearing, identity checks, food and drink etc - in particular read MATCHDAY FAQS.
