Meghan is a classic example. Allegations against the Queen and family, some serious like racism, that have been proven to be wrong or without a shred of evidence to prove it. But she's woke so it's ok, and others are damned by implication. And what does Meghan do when Piers Morgan calls her out - she calls the ex Guardian ITV boss to cancel him...and the ITV boss agrees with her that Morgan should not be able to exercise his right of free speech. That is the abortion that woke has become.
I agree with you on one thing - I hope Morgan goes to GB News, too. No one will see or hear him then.
Still getting good ratings I thought and looking a lot more professional. Some good guests from both sides of the political spectrum and willing to approach most subjects. Let themselves down over the knee bending thing though.
What you mean is, "I won't have to see or hear him..." GB News is going ok, considering it only launched a couple of months ago, and Farage's shows picks up a bigger audience than anything BBC or Sky have at that time. No idea whether Andrew Neil will be back - he says he will this month. Morgan would shove up viewing figures, as he did with his ITV morning programme.
On knee bending, do you think they let themselves down by the host bending or by the company sacking him for doing it?!
Agree, the guests are varied and the conversation is unrestricted by woke values unlike the BBC and Sky. Great to see left and right guests debate it out.
Yes, he's extremely good, capable of reasonable and cogent argument. He debates with Farage and the female Tory MP and it's illuminating
Actually, I think they took him temporarily off air and he walked. He was clearly trying to gets some attention by it. I feel it was unnecessary, honestly.
But you have to see them in context with what is going on in relation to a new channel opened over the silly season. Unless, of course, you don't want to see them in context for personal reasons
