No, nothing is that simple in Allam World, don't forget nobody tells them how to run their business and pricing model. The simple answer would have been to add true concession prices for OAPs, juniors and teens to the existing model, but no, "concessions" have been concocted/introduced as a "tick box" response to the pressures they have been under having been called out by the footballing authorities. The people benefiting under the revised pricing are OAPs, individual child tickets, families with more than one child. In some areas, two parents with one child, cost works out the same overall. Some adults take the hit. In their warped minds they will now take satisfaction from; seeing supporters pitted against each other, who's prepared to pay more to subsidise others inconvenience of North standers having to forcibly move again place blame back on supporters if attendances don't improve - can't blame pricing - they voted for it. As I said before it was a heads they win, tails we lose vote. Very short sighted, it could have been so simple with true concessions. For the record, whilst we are one of the “losers” am content to pay more for the principles of concessions. Doesn’t change anything, Allams out.
It's a good point and very true but fans decide what they want to do. I just turn up support the team go home happy or in a right moaning mood. I've seen the bad times through different owners and seen since the move to the kc stadium some fantastic times i never thought I would. It's just a shame at this present time it's has sad has it is, life's changed over time and people have more options. Some think it's a constant fight with the Allams and can't be bothered with it anymore others go because it's saturday and it's Hull city day. Everyone looks at it their way and think that's the right way. My mam always used to say when I pass away i will make sure it's not on a Saturday because you won't be there.
A part of me believes this isn’t solely down to a need to piss fans off and/or a return to a previous ticketing model when the stand was exclusively for away fans. It wouldn’t surprise me if the old bill have had a word with the club about a larger segregation of fans to make their life easier and it’s also possibly a response to the issues of away fans in home areas, although if that was the case it would be more likely an afterthought to the primary objective of splitting up the banner-hoisting and anti-Allam chanting fans of the north stand and dispersing them to try and dilute their invective.
The Allams would never have budged an inch on anything, until there was a prospect of losing money. That day has come for them, because they now need the crowds back, buying tickets, shirts, pies and beer. Ehab has said himself, they want to build bridges. What now? Now the crowds are falling and the Prem money has gone? You can't see it? Can't you see the empty seats?
Howden Tigress for prime minister! She can fix all our problems..... The next owners should appoint her MD too
It makes you wonder what Ehab actually means by UTT? Utterly Thick Twats (in reference to us the supporters) Undoing The Trust Undermining The Team Any other ideas?
