Great result. Let's not blow it now against Maccs. Looking at the fixture list, I would say town have the better run in, but don't forget salop never make things easy!!!
congrats to the shrews a good result away from home,i dont know what we have to do to get away from you lot ,we win you win ,cant you lose a game for once
We've lost our fair share Rocky, but there will not be anymore charity. We're going up, care to join us?
Sounds as though we are getting a few borderline decisions which have been too rare this season. Could have been a handball before the penalty which is only our second this season and first to be converted.
i must admit i thought the gills would be there or there abouts come the end of the season, and i also admit i thought the shrews would have faded away by now but fair play to them they have proved me wrong.but i still hate MATTY HARROLD.
Yeah LOL, even when we were playing completely **** I never lost faith in the gills I knew we could do it and never lost the passion in the club, Even after that **** game against Dover, Which I actually laughed at in sarcasm as I knew it was coming and Dover deserved it.
i think we have all been in that position mate i remember going to watch wycombe away in the fa cup against non league basingstoke and feeling very confident on the day only to see us get turned over and deservedly so.you have to experience the lows to appreciate the highs in our division
sorry about that matster ,but it happens to us all, they say it evens out over the season but i dont buy that one.some of the decisions we have had against us this season are beyond belief and they dont come nowhere near evening out even with that ridiculous decision we got at your place.
well that has the wobblers looking over thie shoulders, and may have jolted the spires. bury may be a little shaken. maccs play at burton tonight and at shrewsbury on saturday. the run in. shrews have 7 games left 4 at home, maccs, county, ackers, and oxon. away at shots, bulls and chelt. so the rest of the season is in towns hands although we shall welcome slip ups elsewhere, can you hear me spires, wobblers and shakers. 7 games left with 63 points, i reckon town need 5 wins and 2 draws, but to get 6 points away at bradford and millers is sherry trifle and cream. come on you shrews, floreat salopia. er sherry trifle and cream not to be confused with jelly on the plate!!
17 points would take us up to 80 points. As i said on another thread it's so close we'll have to wait for some other teams to falter before we can be sure of anything.
