Im going against the grain here. Suddenly we have turned from ****ing ****e/ Parky out etc etc into worldbeaters. I err on the side of caution and have voted lose. Probably the only knacker that has, unless any mags put a vote in! No Im not a mag either!! 2-1 to MK Dons. Hope Im wrong, I often am Haway the lads
Sunderland being Sunderland we could win, lose or draw...odds equal for all three. I suspect if possible we will field the same team, a few changes of the bench (big Scots lad) I am just about daring to hope that we have turned a corner!
A draw would be dent as they're on a good run. But i hope we push on and don't settle for that, and crack em open to win 1-3.
Feeling confident for tomorrow after recent results. The lads are playing well and will hopefully keep the momentum going. I'll go for 1-3 with Power, Wyke and big Oz getting the goals. Brilliant support as always selling 4000 plus tickets, safe journey to all. Ha'way The Lads.
Well that's my packed lunch sorted for tomorrow. Going down by ALS for the first time in a few years, but couldn't get a seat on any of the branch buses. Does anyone know if you can buy beer in the ground as I have been told there are no pubs close to the ground..
Inside the stadium, alcohol is available to away fans, these include; Heineken (400ml Bottle), Strongbow (500ml Can), Guinness (520ml Can), Bulmers (330ml Bottle), Concrete Cow 'Penny Popper' or Pale Ale (Bottle), Wine (187ml Miniature Bottle) - All £4 each. https://www.footballgroundguide.com...k-milton-keynes-dons.html#apubs-for-away-fans
Got to fancy us to win again, they're a poor team in a poor league and we're on a bit of a run, unbeaten in six, won the last two including crushing the (admittedly ****e) league leaders 4-0 and we look to be getting better and better each game. Another convincing win for me.
If you click on the number of votes in the poll - you can see exactly who voted - you're on your own mate
I can see why the hesitancy to be confident in a win but we do look good and they are at the arse end of the table. Until we put out a bad performance and don't get a result I don't see any reason to think we'll get beaten.
I agree - we are starting to play as a team, the MK Dons will probably be more of a challenge than Wycombe though.
You reckon? I'm struggling to remember what their style of play is but they aren't in great form. If they press our defence we will find it more difficult, the last few teams have let us play it out from the back untroubled which has helped a lot.
Just look at the last few games, they beat Portsmouth & Bristol Rovers and drew at Coventry. The defeat at Burton was down to poor finishing, they had 72% possession and 19 shots on goal (3 on target). Russell Martin seems to have transformed them.
It's a new manager thing is it, maybe a tougher game than I gave them credit for but I still fancy us. I hope Parkinson doesn't go conservative with his team because it's away, but he can't have enjoyed the Gillingham game and I don't think he will.
Yeah - who cares about the opposition when we've found the right formation to cause problems for all the teams in this league
