    Thanks for the welcome. I'm 51. when you say "retail co op" do you literally mean "The Co op" the shop/supermarket? I would have thought they would be hot on employment law and treating people fairly. It sounds like she has had a raw deal throughout her working life, sorry to hear that. Pleased that she at least got compensated for some of it

    her co op days were 70-80
    Cheers it’s all behind us now and we are doing fine
