Had a large Pimms at a wedding in Norwich last week. It was alright actually.

The ****ing photographer wanted a group photo and to make us all cheer he said "cheer and smile like Norwich have just won promotion"

As his shutter clicked I piped up with "C'mon U Ull" everyone laughed and the photo was 100% better than it would have been.

Got my weeks wrong though, I would have had chance to watch the Lads if the wedding had been today.

Well no, I think the general rule says it's a fruit.

By the way, I'm no botanist, I'm just googling out of curiosity...

I've never had it with cucumber thank god.
Nowadays I can't drink bitter (thumping sickly type headaches if I do)
I don't like the taste of lager anymore ( I'm ok with 1 or 3 San Miguel)
So it's usually Bacardi or the very fruity ciders.
Throw any flavoured curry and any heat and I'm okay.
    God I'm hungry now <laugh>

Careful Plummy old mate, it's really difficult to make that one stand up in court.

    Apparently...

Had a lovely curry in Norwich last night.
Tom yum soup for starters, burned my lips.
Can't remember the name of the curry I had now <grr>
With coconut rice. Washed down with Tiger beer.
Went in the brew dog pub too which was good.
The apothecary which was full of birds on hen nights.
Finished up in a boozer called the Compleat Angler. Great live band on.

I'm going to have to take the mrs away more often, usually when I stay over with mates it's tanked up in a wethers, dodgy kebab traffic cone on my head and getting done for me urinating in public.

Made even better as my mrs is called Sonia and we stayed in a travelodge in Norwich I could say the immortal line

Well Sonja that was classic intercourse. So, er, thanks. Let's just pop the extractor fan on, get a through draught going."

Went to Voujon in Brough on Friday night, had the obligatory pickle tray/popadoms, a Special Sizzler Juiliete (Chicken), a Jalfraizi (Chicken), pilau rice and naan (one plain/one garlic). They do a good curry, we often get a take-away, though it's not cheap, as they charge the restaurant price for it.

That sounds like my staple diet here, but I guess it a bloody sight cheaper than Norwich.

I don't think Norwich is an expensive place, going by what someone I know who goes there regularly to visit his son and his family says.

Must be cheap enough to have money left over for football as their stadium, slightly larger than the KCOM, is full every week even with them being disadvantaged by not having the wonderful membership scheme we have.

Will you be paying cash or getting a mortgage to buy the business?

I'm sure you are right, but I'm in Vietnam and had more or less what Chazz had last night for £0.80p, including one beer.

Yes, but the average Vietnamese don't earn anywhere near what we do. The average wage in Vietnam is $150, about £114.It is all relative.

I always prefer Emon in Brough; you usually have to wait a bit longer but is well worth it (IMO)
