Thanks for that, will give it a go. Really got into the characters in Breaking Bad, Jesse (Aaron Paul) was outstanding throughout.
Just boxed off Ozarks in 3 weeks. As others have said there is some fantastic acting. Looking forward to seeing whats in store for the Byrde family in Season 4.
I really enjoyed Breaking Bad, I have watched 3 episodes of Better Call Saul and just can't get into it, so gave up.
Came across this while bored and looking at the challenge music thread: please log in to view this image
Just started to watch the English Game and it seems entertaining enough for a football drama with a bit extra going on.
Phenomenal Series - brilliant presenter and the Vangelis score was superb... Sagan's & Frank Drake's (SETI) jointly designed gold plaque is still heading away from the Milky Way on Pioneer somewhere out there... please log in to view this image
Started Power on Netflix last week - really enjoying it. Season 1 done already and a few episodes done of season 2. Would recommend it
It'll be about 4 and a half billion years before either Pioneer starts heading away from the Milky Way. They'll be dust by then.
The same year Hull City win the Premier League, the FA Cup & the Champions League. So far, at least the Pioneer probes are heading in the right direction ! They may all encounter a similar event horizon however ?
I watched the patrick swayze documentary the other night. bit of a choker tbh what a good bloke he was.
I've changed my mind, after your post I thought I would go back and give it another go, and it certainly improved and is a decent watch. I thought it was going to be episodes of individual stories, but there is a storyline to it.
I just watched the English Game on Netflix about the start of football (5 episodes) and although a period drama it is based on real understanding of people and events, but from makers of downtown abbey so quite a lot about love etc.
