8175B61B-6612-40B0-8F48-468876452D9E.jpeg Our new CEO has just put an excellent short video on Twitter, urging Charlton fans to make Saturday’s home game with West Brom a sell out <ok>

His Excellency deserves a 25,000 plus attendance I reckon.

Let's get 20,000+ at least - and keep on coming, not just for January 11th <ok>

There must till be a decent number of boycotters who were still sticking to their guns even after the promotion. Every one of them should be back at the Valley on January 11th.
I'll be there despite that tiny remaining doubt over the land ownership.
I'm going to bank on the overwhelming likelihood of it being a needless worry. Naturally I don't want to miss the party atmos at the Valley.
I don't want to mistrust the new owners either. If ITK people are insisting ESI owns everything, I will go with that view and just hope they are right.

UP THE ADDICKS! The new era begins...

Personally I think the new owners are entitled to expect an attendance of 22.000-25,000 on Saturday. Certainly anything around the 18,000 mark will be a massive let down, given that West Brom will sell out their end.

i've booked us the 4 seats me and friends had before we (us two) gave up our season tickets. taken the 4 as the two friends have moved to canada and the kids are taking their places. wonder if the regulars that were going still sit there.

(been going the last few years on freebies - happy to pay now)

If the official figure goes over 20,000 I'll be content with that. Any more is a bonus.

Hope they'll be re-opening the closed sections too, if not now then in the summer at the latest.
Those roped off seats are a sad reminder of the failure of the Belgian.
We didn't need to close any blocks when Parky & SCP were in charge in L1.

Let's see what the count is when it's published on Saturday evening.
And let's hope for a point at least from the game :emoticon-0165-muscl

An attendance of 20,000 on Saturday minus the freebies & West Brom = around 16,000 Charlton fans.

At least that many have been giving it the big one on Twitter over the last 4 years, claiming that they will be back as soon as Duchatelet goes.

Posh have got three decent attacking players, but the chairman wants silly money for them.

I read that Newcastle were quoted £14m for Toney <laugh><laugh>

Four days to kick off, and great to see the Covered End all but sold out <applause>

We will show @TC (Lovely Geezer) what sort of attendance a big South London club gets.
