ffs Castro, you know exactly what I'm on about. Throwing caution to the wind in the pursuit of attractive football is a high risk strategy. I understand why Ilicali says what he says in press conferences, I'm also expecting Arveladze to understand we need to be winning games.
Some crazy prices but needs some clarity, senior members will be cancelling to take up the £2 offer, great for kids exactly what as being needed. Also works out cheaper to go as someones £2 friend lol. We will need a bigger staduim, going to be cracking having the ground full again most weeks.
Acun Talking tickets, and says ticket prices for children will be reduced to £2 for game with Barnsley. Slightly awkward.... Jim Rodwell's name card says interim-chief exective - he says he hopes that's a typo. Team news.... Fresh from Shota, he says Randell Williams will not be available tomorrow. On the subject of ticket prices.... These details are still being finalised, but the plan is to get them reduced for the game with Barnsley next month. More to come on that. 14:12BARRY COOPER Shota Says after only a couple of training sessions, he won't be changing too much tomorrow against Swansea. A theme.... Acun says more than once that he wants the public to back his vision, to buy into his project and get behind the team, On the subject of Hull FC and Hull City Women Very keen to meet with everybody in the city and find a way of working together. 'From today we are going to get connected with the people of Hull.' Questions.... A few now coming in from Turkish journalists here. Acun Jokes that we'll need a translator for future press conferences... Acun Has asked for Turkish fans to support the club. And with that... The press conference is over. We're now going pitchside for pictures.
Some Hull folk! My lad just sent a link to twitter where the reaction to the brilliant ticket news was someone asking are they going to lift the ban on under 2s (who wants to take an under 2?) and reinstate disabled concessions? Then a Hull FC fan is saying he hopes that he gives the same freedoms on ticketing to Hull FC.WTF?
We're no mugs with the bit between our teeth though. Those last 2 results under McCann were of huge importance and have gave us that bit of 'breathing space'...No room for complacency but I don't think we'll see any with these people at the helm. I totally get where you are coming from but we haven't had a good tonking all season and we were unfortunate in some games even when everything went against us...We've got a half decent squad and the morale is through the roof at the moment.A couple of decent additions and we will be a reasonable force.
The person asking that first question has a disabled daughter and has passionately campaigned for the reintroduction of disabled concessions since they were removed, often with little support. She's very principled and not easily pacified. It's not just an off the cuff moan.
Don't think Fc will be too keen on selling tickets for £2 each when they are already skint. Unless the deluded expect Acun to subsidise them ?
Would that friend for £2 be a one off or continuous? Obvs if Continuous it would just about halve the cost of a membership
