Proof: City in freefall. 2018 100 points. 2019 98 points. -2 Predicted 2020 using change from last year... Only 96 points (slackers) Meanwhile Liverpool is surging. 2018 75 points 2019 97 points + 22 points Predicted 2020 using change from last year... 119 points. No matter what anyone else does we're guaranteed the title because it is mathematically impossible for anyone to get more than 119 points
Indeed... That's why it is impossible for anyone to beat us. You get 10 points taken away for going into administration. We're making record profits so we'll get a 5 point bonus next season.
could be worse. could be pipped by our closest rivals by a couple of points for 5th.. what s that like then..
Liverpool cannot ease off A criticism I heard a lot, particularly earlier in the season, was that with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain sidelined, all of Liverpool's midfielders were too similar, and not adept at opening up defences. I am talking about someone with a bit more creativity, like Lyon's Nabil Fekir, who they were going to buy last summer until the move fell through. The way the season has gone, you could not say they have missed him, but in future they might need to have more ways to win games, especially against teams who just sit in. Liverpool cannot ease off Failure to get 3 points from city was part of our problem https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48249187
Ox was a good player for us pre injury but I don't think he's the world class player many remember. We do need to work on depth before next season. We can't count on another season with so relatively few injuries. If we don't get more depth we will unlikely be top two again next season. Improve our depth... Keep our best players and add a few new ones and who knows what we can achieve next season.
Next year Title; Manchester city- Challenger Liverpool- Challenger Tottenham - Challenger Chelsea- Challenger or pretenders?? Arsenal- Challenger or pretenders?? Manchester United Challenger or pretenders???????
What makes you separate Spurs from Arsenal, Chelsea and Man Utd? They finished fourth btw, Chelsea were third
No one remembers who came 2nd,at the end of the day no difference between 2nd or 4th,both make CL and that's all that matters, just saying.
