    Another great win for U23's,
That's five wins on the trot.
They now lead Division 2 by eight points.

Let's hope they can repeat that score in the ELF trophy.

Good luck to the boys and coach Richards in the semi final of the Premier League International Cup against Porto , they took out some good teams to get this far .

last nights game featured Fulton Kingsley McBurnie and Van Der Hoorn and it looks like Clement doesn't rate them , Dan James atm look like he could make the step up , a direct and quick player who's featured very strongly all season other than him I'd say no .It's again a pity we find ourselves at the wrong end of the table , difficult to be able to give some game time to some of them when wins are vital for our survival.

Or maybe he just needs to give some of them game time against good opposition. There is no other way that you can get some of these on the pitch and maybe there is still need for reserve football. Have to say from the clip Dan James looks very dangerous.

Or Clement is giving the under 23's all the support he can for as long as there in it . These results are showing us we have as much depth as a lot of " Big Clubs " .
I suspect once we've finished , some of these guys will start to make the first team bench ... especially VDH .

Roof VDH is behind Amat and hasn't made the bench in ages, since PC has arrived, he may make the bench if we have an injury to one of the other 3.

I watched VDH on Tuesday , too laid back and got got a couple of times with the ball .he got better as the game went on .Maybe he'll get another chance but it takes time to forge a good centre half partnership and imo what we go with at present looks the best choice .

After a 4 -0 win against Bristol City , the boys are in the final 16 of the Premier League Cup .Next up , a game against the Wolves , with a win or draw ensuring they win the Premier League 2 Division 2 . Then they await Porto in the semi final of the Premier League International Cup . What a season
