    McGregor up first...

“We’ve had a good few days of training since returning from international duty and we’re all ready for Saturday.”

“12 points from 11 games isn’t great, but hopefully we can build on the Birmingham result and performance.”

“We’re in a good frame of mind for the game at the weekend and, as I say, we’re all looking forward to it.”

(on being first choice): “When I first came back I didn’t think I had a chance but you work hard and things develop. Here I am now.”

“I’ve obviously enjoyed it. It’s a good place with good people. I’ve had a few injuries, but it’s been good.”

“With the squad we have on paper, we should be up there challenging, but then 12/13/14 teams could be saying the same thing.”

“We need to concentrate on ourselves, believe in ourselves and take that onto the pitch.”

“Everybody who has been on international duty has come back without injury, but all have a different physical condition.”

“Some players played two games, some played one and some didn’t play at all. That is the reason.”

“David Meyler is the vice-captain of our team. He is a big leader and has a special function in the team - on and off the pitch.”

“We now have a good core of experienced players here - Dawson, Meyler, Campbell, Larsson, McGregor. That is important.”

“I hope now that we have a really strong team and everyone understands the principles and philosophy.”

“Stephen Kingsley had an operation in Munich three days ago and will be ready after the next international break.”

“Fraizer Campbell won’t play tomorrow. He is not ready. He had an injury against Birmingham. He’s much better but he can’t play.”

    The end.

I was hoping Campbell would be able to kick on from the Birmingham game, I thought he’d have plenty of rest time too. I think there’s more to it than they’re letting on.

I'm surprised he stayed on for 70 minutes against Brum, he was obviously having some trouble much earlier than that.

Do we have more bad luck than we should with injuries?

I know every team has them but we do some to have had a fair few the last few years.

Campbell was 50/50 yesterday, so hopefully he's not that bad and he'll be back quickly.

Lunacy to be honest. He was injured in the first half. We did the same with Masuch. Do these experienced management team not see what we see?

Agree. 3-0 up at half time. Could have given others a chance to get match fit, improve, continue to develop.

Bad news about Campbell he was looking sharp.
The only change I guess is Dicko for Campbell.

They obviously have to do extra security checks because they don't have a gate

Obviously. Gates are security. I've recently pulled up all of the security fencing around my garden and replaced it with a series of gates. Someone from the council comes every day to open and close them. Takes seven hours. Hand on heart, zero terrorist activity.

Build gates, not bridges. Unless they've got gates on them. You can build those.

Quite a few of those we bring in aren't fit at the start or have had recent injury problems, makes them cheaper for Ehab.
