One of my favourite TV shows ever! Also starred in another one Battlestar Galactica too! RIP Dean Stockwell 85.
Though he's mainly known for Quantum Leap and other TV appearances, it seems he actually appeared in 99 films, the first of them in 1945 (I hadn't actually realised how old he was).
He was in one of my favourite films Kim with errol Flynn And a great film I watched as a kid The boy with the green hair Really affected me that film RIP
Gerald Sinstadt. When working for BBC before 1990 World Cup he recommended Nessun Dorma (None shall sleep) for the theme music. Top man.
Us oldies remember him when Anglia featured City games in the mid 1960s. Some modern, over the top commentators who border on the hysterical could learn a thing or two from him.
Memory may be playing tricks (again) but didn't he commentate on the highlights of the 2-2 draw at Chelsea in 65? Peter
Clifford Rose 92. Had a long and distinguished career but possibly most remembered for his portrayal of the icy Kessler in Secret Army.
