    Son is building new computer. Parts ordered from all over and being delivered this week. Most deliveries fine. However one parcel delivered yesterday containing several components and a syringe of thermal paste. Open parcel. Syringe empty. Everything covered in thermal paste.

    I still haven't got my items or my money back.

    Even though Yodel have admitted they've delivered to the wrong. The website I bought from are investigating even though they know what's happened.

    I ordered the items on the 13/08/2014.

    Don't Amazon have shares in Yodel?

    City ****ing link, suppose to have delivered last 2 days on the trot not letting me know till 2 hours after the delivary window each evening(not even an email) had to find out for myself. 11bour delivery windows and in the past been knock and run drivers.

    What a farce.

    On Friday the company I bought the items from finally decided to replace the items. On Saturday morning I got email saying the items where out stock.

    I rang today and they issued a refund. Except i'm out of pocket by £55 because phone call changes.

    Trading Standards have advised me to send a recorded explaining the situation and ask for compensation.

    So ****ed off.

    Yodel are absolutely awful. I once had a Galaxy Tab 3 delivered by them. Note through door stated it was in the back garden. Long story short, I have a 7 ft fence and it was raining. So, they essentially lobbed a £300 quid electronic device over a fence in the rain. Anyhow, rang amazon and told them it was stolen and another sent out.....happy days!
