Easier said than done we should have been able to play that game out after that French knock on. Small margins but if Lois-R-Z's try had been allowed we would be champions
Agreed Glam - basic ‘stick it up the jumper’ time. Brian & Ronnie would have gone ballistic if Neath had blown it the way Wales did tonight. That said, it all started going tits up after Pivac took Biggar off ....
Agreed Taff. I thought Dan had his best game of the 6 nations. Still France have to beat Scotland by 20 points so there is hope.
I think the Frogs will stuff the Jocks - Hogg et al are nowhere near as good as they think they are ..... unfortunately
I agree - yes, he could have awarded a penalty try because the driving maul was going at a rate of knots .... but we lost that through poor decision making and a lack of discipline at vital moments....
The ironic part was that Brian Moore was saying how well disciplined we were, when they got the red card.
Ironically, up until that point we were, then we started to ‘panic’ and infringe. Wyn Jones could also have seen yellow
Wow.... our best performance of the tournament, with great discipline. When the French try was overturned for a red card I couldn't believe it - a Grand Slam was ours! The we imploded and suddenly had a man less than them. Like Taff, I couldn't understand the mass changes, we only had to see the game out, a man up and a ten point lead. Incredible. You won't see a Grand Slam thrown away better than that.
Just watched game again s4c and zamits try in slow Mo showed ball roll towards corner flag after he scored ! Why didn't we just keep possession with a minute to full time ? Huge **** up at the end cost us the slam.
