I have an Apple TV...3 I think, Whichever one can't be jailbroken. Would a jailbroken Apple TV 2 do the same as these android boxes? I know Apple TV, I'm wondering if it will be easier to use and navigate, rather than starting with a whole new system and software. Or does the Android do a lot more? Anyone know?
I've been struggling with mine a bit, but with each struggle and you tube how to, it is getting easier. Still a massed universe of free stuff to get to grips with finding. Anyone got any tips for accessing recently released movies FOC? and or other sources of TV series, sport etc without using the payed for stuff. I currently have pheonix with access to some sky stuff, but it seems unreliable at picking up many of the movie channels and even a couple of the sport ones. bah!
I use Mobdro and if you have a smart tv you can screen cast it. Bit blocky if the TV is big but very easy and free.
I usually like watching with a good HD picture so I normally stay away from things like this. But I installed Kodi on my laptop yesterday (casting it to the big screen) and it's actually not that bad. Will save me like £30 a month.
Just negotiated new deal with BT, got their full package, free new compact Youview+ box, free hot off the press Smart Hub and got my monthly subscription reduced by £4 per month and all because I said that I was considering leaving (which I wasn't) Edit:- and that's fixed for 24 months, luvly jubbly !
Yep, fecking Godforsaken football who wants to watch that? The best bits are on Channel 5 evidently though mind you I've yet to watch any of their offering
Oh **** it seems so long ago I was laughing at that horrendous show ,back to waiting until 1 am to watch a 10 second highlights show.
Sorry Dunc, but I don't care if Sky have the live rights to the FL, there's no way I'll ever pay another subscription to line Murdoch's pockets.
