    Roller,
I apologise for posting what I thought was a light hearted jokr on a thread that could have been inbtresting, It was genuinely meant as a joke and had anyone else replied I would have expected a quick F-off and carry on'!!
I see what you were trying to do and I'll carry it in for you eh?

    If I had a Ford Cortina MK 2 1600E (H reg)in '67 would it have been a series 1 or 2?..clue is dial mounts on the dash..not a GT?

    ps,,,,WHATS WRONG WITH BLUE BOXERS?

If you had an H Reg in '67 it would have been in a time machine, H reg was 1970. The 1600E was a Mk 2 exclusive, lovely motor though...

    I'll go for a series 2. If I'm right...:

which baseball team has the worst seasons record? It's not the Houston Astros, although we're giving it a good try...!

You're right there on this "innocent" thread today? Perhaps a couple of the posters need to go at it with feather dusters and tickle themselves to death, or laughter!

On that topic, I no longer go with the "tighty whitey" look and these days prefer simple black briefs, so as not to expose the gold mines!

Yes...bit of useless, but interesting knowledge I give on my tour. Plenty more where that comes from!

Your tour doesn't cover obscure baseball facts as well then? Shame.

I guess the trick to this is either to get Beth involved or pick questions that are not easy to find using Google.

The Cleveland Spiders, who'd have thought?

None, but there are Crutched Friars, St Mary's Axe and London Wall, to name but a few...

What would you find on the boundary of every road leading into the City of London?...

No, they used to carry a staff with a crucifix mounted on it which resembled a crutch...

There is a pub of the same name in that street...

So there is, and it sells Doombar, who could want more?

The gates comment was to do with your question, but must be way off the mark or you would have guessed that!
