    Seriously, he can't play in Europe because of his ban but he would be good for cup runs and the injury-hit periods in the PL. He has bags of experience for net to no outlay.

    To be honest if the current side had the same attitude as Evra we'd be giving Man City a much closer battle.

    As much admiration as I have for him as a player, and his character, he just can't do a job for us at his age.

    In his prime he was one of the best left backs in PL history, but he's 36. He's just not up to it im afraid.
