Penalty Takers

Seen this in FB. Thoughts?

I actually think it could work.

 

I dont see how it would stop anything.
Specialist penalty taker or not they'd still go over for a better bite at the cherry if the chance has gone.

 

How about picking someone out of the crowd. They can all take them better or so they reckon.

 

What happens if they are brought down and go off injured?
I do think penalties should be ignored when compiling goal scoring statistics.

Then the substitute (there replacement) takes the penalty.
