I could understand the negativity when our club was in the Prem/championship and we were being represented by folk who didn't know how to run the club and players getting paid huge amounts for not giving a **** and under achieving. We now have, what looks like, a decent owner and players, albeit division 1 in quality, who try hard to win. They might not be the best but I may throw my toys out when we start losing regularly against lesser quality. Not when going a goal down against a set of players who are arguably better than ours.

    I look at Posh's last 4 games...Charlton, Doncaster (Twice) Lincoln .

Safc have Accrington, Blackpool, Plymouth, and finish off with Northampton....the final home game we played in 1988 when we last got out of this league. Coincidence?

In your defence, I try not to post much whilst watching the match as it detracts my attention from it.
Unless of course I'm not watching.

They were very poor to be honest but had a couple of lively players. Liked Szmodicks (he found a lot of space always a threat) and Dembele (why did he not start. Their best player)
On the basis of that game can see them losing more than us.
Think all their chance stemmed from our mistakes mainly from the left. McFadzean is a liability
Bossed the first half but created little.
Second half should have addressed the midfield issues earlier Leadbitter ran out of steam made them look better than they are
Once we changed looked strong again. On the down side didn't really create enough
All in all happy enough with a point but a win was there for the taking

Probably part of the reason he was hooked but we still could have avoided that goal imo. I just think we carry mcfadzean a fair bit during games. (and I don't usually like singling lads out)

    Peterborough didn't impress me today.

If that was us I think we'd have taken some stick tbh.

Only 3 shots on target and 40% possession at home.

We had 7 corners to their 3 and we didn't dive half as much.

I don’t know what happened to Jones 2nd half he hardly got a touch, had them all frightened when he had the ball in the first half, did we stop giving the ball to him or were we to concentrated on dembele, (good player). I would also say if we get promoted I would go out and buy beevers, he had a great game

Fair enough in the end I thought, though we might have expected to get more from the first half hour or so when we were much the better team.

Their subs got them into the game, when they were able to turn it into a bit of a scrapper affair. Ours got us back in it, and with another five or ten to minutes we might have won it.

Onien excellent again. For me, he stays there whoever is fit until he fades, but I don't see that happening.

    All to play for.

I thought they were bang average tbh. Wasn't impressed with them at all. They looked scared of us in the first half imo

I thought he'd have subbed at half time tbh.

They've taken 45 points from 20 home games, but only have 28 from 19 away. That's where they'll slip up and let us in.

That's two good away points we've rescued, today and Crewe. Both of these have allowed us to keep the unbeaten run going and increase our confidence levels.

The fact some are disappointed with a draw, shows how far we've come in the last 2 months.

    Surprised how poor they were.
They have history for bottling it at the sharp end. Can easily see it happening again

I never post during the match, because like you say, my focus is on the game instead of social media.

They were there for the taking just needed to up the pace and aggression.
Scowen and Obrien on at half time would have pushed them back.
But never mind a good point. We move on

Thought Crewe were better than them on the day tbh.
Again, a half time shake up.
Leadbitter and mcfads off and earlier changes second half, just maybe.

Their run in is a horror show for them and a gift for us ...

    ... we'll finish above them.

Thats not an easy run in for them - i'd rather be in our position. If we stay unbeaten until the end of the season we win the league.
