I have seriously contemplated leaving this site because its getting stale, then you go and ban 1 of the best poster on here. good move!!
I think you need to have a look at the general chat most of them ****s should be banned but you dont ban them cos you suck their arse!

 

Im 100% sure people have not been banned for doing things 10x worse than this.

Out of interest, does anyone know how long he is banned for, surely its not permanent

 

Ban has been lifted. Apparantly it was only for a day just to difuse a problem before it got any bigger. Cyprus recognises all the good work Loiner has done and continuous to do for both this board and not606.

 

Its usually a couple of days I think.

And also, Syd does ban serveral members daily from the Gen chat forum & there is no love loss between them I can tell you that.

You have to remember that when someone runs off to tell Syd that a bigger boy is picking on them he can only look at the hard evidence & make a call.

Loiner will be back, dont blame Syd as much as the poster that could give it but not take it. <whineyschoolgirlsmiley>

Leeds-18 and Bucks are the MAIN REASON I stayed with not606 in the early days. They made me very welcome and gave me all the support I needed to set up and run my games in the most efficient way possible.

I came in late on this one and have to admit having read through all three pages, I haven't got a ****ing clue whats been going on. Syd, Leeds18, Loiner, bans and whatever.

I had stopped posting on this site because I feel its turning into BBC 606 at an alarming rate. It also appears (on Norwich's board anyway) that if somebody has a different opinion to the masses, they are shot down. I will not post on my own board anymore and after this thread, I will try not to post on not606 at all.

However, the above comment has made me feel like I need to comment, as frankly I find it disgusting.

What would you all say to me if I came on here and posted a comment about a certain incident in Istanbul? Would you all call it banter? Would you ****!

I remember on the old 606 site when somebody posted something similar on your board there was WIDESPREAD condemnation (rightly so). Yet when one of your own post a clearly inflammatory video on a Man Utd fan's page on the anniversary of Munich, you laugh and call it banter.

Leeds18/Loiner got in a verbal with a manure fan. Leeds 18 won this arguement by posting the dam busters as a visitor message on the fellas profile.

But we are Leeds and we look after our own. theres an arguement that without Loiner none of us would be posting on here in the first place.

I never saw the video that was posted so can't comment on that bit but by the sounds the only thing that tied it to Munich was the date that he put, I don't agree with the Munich chants but unfortunately a minority will always sing it (usually drowned out by the majority) notice how no attention was shown to White Jock with this post and most chose to ignore it.

 

So he only gets a 1 day ban for upsetting the Manx, but I got a 7 day ban for upsetting the pissy panted sweaty socks - this site is not consistent


I would never have got banned from the BBC 606 ~
