Putting this thread up a bit early as the first October fixture is a midweek game on 2nd October. Despite the next international break, October is a 5-match month. After a brilliant August and a not-so-good September (to date), how will we fare in October? The fixtures are: Wednesday 2nd October Charlton Athletic v. Swansea City 19:45 Saturday 5th October Swansea City v. Stoke City 15:00 Saturday 19th October Barnsley v. Swansea City 15:00 Tuesday 22nd October Swansea City v. Brentford 19:45 Sunday 27th October Swansea City v. Cardiff City 12:00 Please predict the total number of points gained and the total number of goals scored for the 5 games. Predictions have to be in by 19:44 on Wednesday 2nd October. Good luck!
15 points for me and why not ,certainly our home games are more than winnable and away we have had decent form against stronger sides
Not enough to win them all although 1 against Leeds was good enough? 3 against QPR so I’m sticking to prediction which is all it is
? For the purposes of the competition, I need the total number of goals scored in the 5 matches Matt We're predicting Points Gained and Goals Scored!
Apologies I should have read the terms and conditions Reading v Swansea 2-0 Charlton Athletic v. Swansea 0-1 Swansea v. Stoke 2-0 Barnsley v. Swansea 0-2 Swansea v. Brentford 3-1 Swansea City v. Cardiff 2-0 12 goals in total 15 points
In order to retain my sanity, I am going to give you 15 points and 10 goals a) Tomorrow's Swansea v. Reading game is not included in October's predictions because it is being played in September. b) In future, please don't put down scores for individual games - it's not necessary. c) Even though it doesn't count anyway, you have put Reading 2 Swansea 0. We're at home. You could have meant Swansea 2 Reading 0. You can see the ambiguities that arise. If everyone just states total number of points and total number of goals, I get a definitive prediction and I don't care how anyone arrives at the totals Apologies for the rant!
No apologies required , well not from you , I've just discovered that multi tasking isn't my strongest point .
No predictions yet from: trundles left foot PGF white swansea and proud when swans are flying Need something by 19:44 tonight to qualify for this month.
After a well-deserved 1-2 away win at Charlton we have: 3 points & 2 goals 55282 is currently in the points scoring zone, but will he stay there? Long way to go.
