I did give you my evidence go read my post again and pay attention to it,
You don't have all the stats yet you gave me some stats, right, ok
And don't talk like a ****, i'm not saying its ok for people to be dying as long as they have underlying health issues, if you can't back up what you said, just say so.
And as for the evidence, i asked for is, where do you get all this information from, who is telling you this?
And, your latest statement, how do you know people got together at Christmas and so increased the cases?
The absence of anyone with cold or flu suggests people stayed away from each other.
Depends which way you look at things eh?
People have been waiting in corridors years before this bollox started, hospitals are always overwhelmed this time of year, even more so since Blair opened the floodgates

No, reread it, no evidence there what so ever.

The only stat I gave you was 5800 people died from dementia and it's related illness each month, based on figures for 2018, down in 2019. on average 1100 died of covid each day last week, a fact that makes covid a bigger killer than dementia presently.

I was skimming thru the messages and I saw Jammy's message, and due to my situation, I thought I'd reply to it. I'm not an expert, I can only tell you guys about my own situation. If its making people think, then my job is done... <cheers>

It was the bottom line of my comment
You stated that covid is the biggest killer i asked you to give me the stats on people who have died from that disease only, not the man or woman who had a dodgy pcr test 28 days before having a massive heart attack

You said you gave me evidence, what evidence?

You said dementia kills more, saying it isn't evidence

Go look on the ONS, dementia has killed more people than covid
You'll also find out the answer to my question i put to you about the deaths solely from covid

    Dementia has but isn't now.
Regardless of solely from covid, how many have died prematurely because of contacting it.
No one is enjoying this lockdown but if short term pain is for long term gain then so be it.
It's all well and good saying protect the vulnerable and let the rest carry on as normal but regardless the majority of these vulnerable will still need human contact of some sort, so the greater number of infections the greater chance of contact to the vulnerable, consequently more deaths.
The biggest issue though is the impact it is having on hospitals, surely everyone can see that?

Our arrogant government ****ed up rightly just before christmas. They didn't listen to the health experts and relaxed the second lock down. Now everyone and his dog knew if this happened all **** would happen. Well it did, with record numbers contracting covid, including my youngest and the mot. So we are nearing the end of the 3rd lockdown and unfortunately it looks like another four weeks will be added on. All because of our government and a lot of selfish ****s in the community who didn't care.<ok>

I won't bother asking you how you know covid is killing more people than dementia now, because you still haven't answered the simple questions i put to you in earlier comments so probably won't get one for that.

As far as the impact it is having on the hospitals, on the couple of occasions i have visited, they looked pretty quiet, i know a few friends whos partners work at two of them and they say its not what the media are portraying, and i have a sibling who has a top management job in the NHS who has recently started telling me some things you wouldn't believe.
Obviously hospitals are overwhelmed this time of year, they've been telling us that for years . its the flu season

from the research i have done, i've come to the conclusion we are being lied to, if this wasn't rammed down our throats constantly by the media with their fear mongering do you honestly believe anything out of the ordinary was happening,
if all you scared people want to believe Boris and his cohorts narrative that's up to you, i'll question it and make my own mind up, and if thats me being a ****, i don't give a ****.

People are dying from this disease and that is a tragedy, there are thousands more dying because of the Governments handling of it and that is criminal.
Like you say, we will never agree so best leave it there,

Tbf, you didn't prove how many of the Covid related deaths were down to flu.
But yes, let's leave it there.
